Prosit is the best resturant in the world!!!! We went after the German festival. And the outside tables are BEAUTIFUL. We sat outside because we didn't have reservations.

It was a small potato pancake with two types of smoked fish, egg, sour cream, beets, and caper berries. MMH,MMH. Good food. It tasted great because of the trout, the trout blended the flavors. It was assorted well, too. I wonder if they would go to nickel city chef?
There is a pot that your SUPPOSED to blow in! To make chocolate, the Mayans blow in a hole in the pot to bubble it up.

They ate their food raw! They would fish with just strings. They had to make houses out of ice. They ate seal too!
I watched Nanook Of The North. Here's part 1:
It's about a life on the ice. I don't like people who like sushi but
not raw fish,because its the same!! It was a struggle to survive.
